Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of MindKnow.ai. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1. The service
MindKnow helps businesses capture, organize, and use operating knowledge through interviews, Company Brain content, procedures, playbooks, gap identification, and related tools. Features may change as the service develops.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide information to MindKnow and to invite employees, managers, contractors, or other participants to contribute company information.
3. Ownership of company information
Your company retains ownership of the information it provides to MindKnow. MindKnow does not acquire ownership of your interview content, business knowledge, Company Brain, procedures, playbooks, or other customer-provided information merely because the service processes or organizes it.

You grant MindKnow the limited rights necessary to process, store, organize, analyze, and display your information for the purpose of providing, securing, supporting, and improving the service for you.
5. AI-generated content
MindKnow uses artificial intelligence. AI may misunderstand, omit, mis-transcribe, or incorrectly organize information. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them. MindKnow does not provide legal, accounting, tax, employment, safety, or other professional advice.
6. Access links and account security
Private links and access credentials should be treated as confidential. You are responsible for sharing them only with intended participants and for notifying MindKnow if you believe access has been compromised.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use MindKnow to violate law, infringe another party's rights, gain unauthorized access to another company's information, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or knowingly provide information you are not authorized to share.
8. Pilot and evolving service
During a pilot or early-access period, features may be experimental, incomplete, or changed as MindKnow learns from customer use. MindKnow may correct issues, modify workflows, or discontinue experimental features when reasonably necessary.
9. Availability and warranties
MindKnow is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, MindKnow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that generated materials will be complete or suitable for every business purpose.
